Pursuant to Provisions of Part A - Schedule III of Regulation 30 SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and with reference to the 'Intimation of Partial disinvestment' published on 11/01/2024 on the exchange portal, in continuation to the earlier intimation, we would like to further inform you, the M/s. Unique UHPC Markolines LLP Agreement is amended by which the Company's holding in the Unique UHPC Markolines LLP ('LLP') has increased from 17% (i.e. Rs. 17,000/-) to 26% (i.e. Rs. 26,000/-) of the total Capital Contribution in the LLP.\r\n\r\nThe Details including significant terms of the said amended LLP Agreement are enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure A.
